WHEN OFFERING (to me):• The offer, once accepted, is valid for 2 days (48 hrs) in case of money & trade payment. In case of art/customs, it accepts the artist TAT.
• I can do holds! depending on the quantity, it can vary from 1 to 7 days.

WHEN OWNING:- Resale Terms ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و ♡
You can resell the design if you got it for money, just as long as it is equal to -or less than- what you bought it for.
This counts unless you've redesigned the character and/or you've made/commissioned more art of the character.
If you got a traded/free design and added commissions/your own art, you only get to resale for the added artwork price, not the original design.- Gifting/Trading Terms ૮₍ ´ ꒳ `₎ა
You can gift or retrade my designs! AS LONG as it wasn't a freebie, then u can only gift it, UNLESS you have added your or any commissioned art.- Credit (๑ㆁᗜㆁ๑)
I ask that you credit me if the art attached (anywhere) is mine! Failing to do this will result in me being wary of giving out my designs to you. If this rule is repeatedly broken, it will result in a grey list.- Redesign Terms ☆૮꒰•༝ •。꒱ა
Once you buy the character, it is completely YOURS! You're free to redesign it as long as you have the original artwork created by me available somewhere, and it is still somewhat recognizable. However, you cannot change the original skintone, scars or presenting gender (If they're masc/femme presenting) WITHOUT asking me first. • The design MUST remain visible to me, as I like to check in with who owns my designs. This means you can auth it, as long as I have a way of seeing it.• You CAN use my designs for commercial purposes! Although I would love a heads-up on this, but it's not obligatory.• By owning one of my designs you automatically agree to this TOS.• If you break any of the rules here, I have the right to revoke my design and trade it to another person or keep it for myself. This will also result in a greylist/blacklist depending on the broken rule.
